If pieces of meat are too large for the mincing machine or if bones need to be removed, you can disjoint them easily with the bone saw RCFS-2 with its 46 cm-long and 0.7 mm-thick stainless steel saw blade. The last step is closing the sausages. That's why this set includes the manual sausage clipper machine RCWC-01 with pressure control.
