The meat slicer for even meat strips
The design of the slicer is as simple as it is effective. The casing is made of durable and food-safe Stainless steel meets all hygiene standards of the catering industry and has the necessary stability to process large amounts of meat. A large storage area for the food slices simplifies the processing of the pieces of meat. These are guided over an opening with a protective cover towards the rotating blades, which pull the meat into the appliance at a speed of 96 rpm and cut it into uniform strips. Beneath the blades, the meat strips fall into a container that you have to keep ready.
The core of the meat slicer is the cutting mechanism inside the machine. It guarantees an even processing of the meat with a fixed cutting width of the blades. You can use blade widths of 3 (included in delivery), 4 or 5 mm, which are available for the device from Royal Catering. There are slicing rollers with evenly arranged blades inside a stable steel frame, which is pushed completely into the meat strip cutter. The cutting mechanism is powered by the machine and continuously slices strips of meat slices, which are fed into the machine.
The replacement of the cutting rollers is absolutely safe. As soon as you lift the cover with the filling opening, the engine stops automatically. This avoids injuries during the replacement of the blades as well as during operation. The meat slicer has four rubber feet that reduce vibrations and ensure pleasant work such as a sturdy footing.
Whether you want to cut pork, chicken or beef is up to you, but the meat should be free of pieces of bone so that the device can work smoothly and with the best result.
