The worktop is made of tempered glass and its 62 x 35 cm surface offers plenty of space to keep food in GN containers, on platters or on plates hot for long periods of time. The 240 W heating element quickly brings the warming plate to the desired temperature, which can be set in a range from 60 - 105 °C. The built-in thermostat reliably maintains the desired temperature. The entire surface of the buffet warmer is evenly heated and keeps all food at the desired temperature even over a longer time period.

The housing is made of low-maintenance stainless steel. The compact design, light weight and the practical handles on the sides of the hot tray enable easy transport, so the buffet warming tray can also be easily used for external catering or for buffets in various rooms. The four non-slip rubber feet guarantee stability even with heavy use and protect the work surface from scratches.
