Product Description

Fresh pasta in no time with the gleaming pasta machine

Whether in a restaurant, trattoria or your kitchen at home, the universal pasta machine RC-EPM160 from Royal Catering, the experts for high-quality commercial kitchen equipment, is an indispensable tool for quickly conjuring up all kinds of different pastas. Accelerate the workflows in your company and save valuable time and therefore money.

Tagliatelle or fettuccine with the manual pasta maker from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection

Strenuously rolling out the dough by hand is a thing of the past with the electric noodle maker. The dough intake of the pasta maker is 16 cm wide. Sprinkle the dough with flour so it doesn't stick to the rollers or tear and then crank the dough through the machine. Then adjust the dough thickness, which can be set from 1 to 14 mm with the rotary knob, and crank it again. Repeat this process until the dough reaches the desired thickness.
The actual pasta production is done with the cutting attachment of the manual noodle machine. Depending on whether you want to serve house-made tagliatelle or fettuccine, turn the previously rolled-out dough by motor drive with 450 W through the corresponding cutting knives for 3 or 9 mm-wide pasta strips. The finished noodles can then be either hung up to dry or cooked fresh immediately. Buon appetito!
The noodle maker is made of high-quality stainless steel and nickel-plated steel, making it highly durable and easy to clean, as well as resistant to rust and corrosion. Four non-slip rubber feet ensure maximum stability and safe pasta production every time.
