Due to the 5 knife inserts, the cutting machine is equally well suited for both vegetables and fruit and also impresses with high-quality cuts and easy operation.
The multi-cutter is made entirely of stainless steel and is mounted on a specially constructed steel sheet. The multi vegetable cutter is operated manually via a lever mechanism, which thanks to the particularly long lever guarantees a high power transmission and thus allows for intuitive and efficient work practice.
In order to meet your individual requirements, the RCKS-4 has five stainless steel knife inserts, three of which are square and two circles. The square knives have a cut size of 12 x 12, 10 x 10 or 8 x 8 mm and are particularly useful in the production of vegetable sticks, diced or cubes and French fries.
The round inserts each have a diameter of 86 mm, one of which will cut the fruit or vegetable in to six equal pieces and the other in to eight equal pieces. In this way, you can transform apples and oranges for buffet plates or prepare citrus fruits for garnishing cocktails and desserts. Each knife is supplied with a pressure plate.
