It has been designed for professional catering and is ideal for preparing large quantities of food at events in hotels. It can also be used in snack carts, at festivals or markets.
The fryer for your catering supplies holds up to 10 litres of oil. In professional use, it is versatile and perfect for preparing fish, snacks or chips. Prepare the main course and the side course at the same time! Due to its elongated shape you can even fry whole fish in it.
The deep fryer is powered by 3.000 watts, allowing the oil to quickly reach a maximum temperature of 200 °C. For a perfect result, the highly sensible thermostat regulates the heat of the oil basin and keeps it at a constant temperature. This happens in the shortest amount of time and with a minimum consumption of energy. The lid also helps to keep the heat at a constant level and protects against splashes when frying.
The frying basket measures 20.0 x 22.0 x 10.3 cm. Furthermore, the basket has a heat-resistant handle. Leftover food that falls out of the basket or sinks down through cooling collects in the cold zone at the bottom and does not burn. The oil retains its natural taste.
In an emergency you can also press the integrated safety button. By pressing the button, the heating element comes out and the fryer stops immediately. The double deep fryer has four rubber feet so that the appliance has a sturdy footing on any surfaces.
The casing’s modern, robust construction is made of durable stainless steel, which is very resistant and due to its hygienic properties is perfectly suited for food preparation. You can use both drain devices to drain the oil quickly and easily. The smooth surfaces and the removable heating elements make the fryer very easy to clean.
