The versatile dough sheeter makes strenuous manual dough rolling a thing of the past. The 240 W motor automatically starts the non-stick rollers as soon as you place the 210 to 700 g of dough into the top of the stand unit's funnel. This prevents the machine from running for longer than necessary and reduces power consumption as well as wear and tear.
You can select the desired thickness of the dough between 0 and 5 mm using a control knob. Depending on the amount of dough and the set thickness, the pizza dough roller conjures up pizza bases with a diameter of 26 to 40 cm (26 cm after the upper roller, 40 cm after the lower roller). And it all happens extremely quickly! One pass lasts between 10 and 35 s, depending on the settings. This enables you to produce tasty pizzas as if on an assembly line even during the hectic lunch hour, ensuring that no guest goes home or back to the office hungry.
For hygienic reasons, a guide arm guides the dough from the first roll to the second so that the raw dough is be handled as little as possible. The transparent Plexiglass cover over the two rollers not only guarantees safety, but also enables you to monitor the entire process.
