The commercial burger maker RCHM-130 from Royal Catering enables you to professionally produce perfectly formed patties in just a few steps. This burger press was developed specifically for professional use and it is simple to integrate into any production chain.
The commercial burger maker RCHM-130 is highly comfortable to operate while making work quick and simple. Use the burger press to create juicy burger patties from mincemeat, fish or vegetables – let your imagination run wild!
You simply fill the container with your selected ingredients which will then be pressed into a round, compact burger patty. Thanks to the precisely fitting shape of the burger press you will get perfectly uniform patties with a diameter of 130 mm every time, as long as you use the same amounts of ingredients. At the same time your meat will stay nice and juicy.
The casing of the burger maker is made of anodized aluminium. The containers for the foil and the ingredients are made of sturdy premium stainless steel. Due to the well thought out design and professional workmanship the commercial burger maker RCHM-130 is very robust and long-lasting, even when used intensively.
For the production of burger patties cellophane foils with a diameter of 130 mm are used. The foil container is placed in such a way that quick and efficient work is possible. These foils ensure that the patty touches neither your hands nor the machine itself, thereby making the process very sanitary.
This device is manually powered by a simple lever mechanism. When lifting the main lever, the clamping chuck will be pushed out of the container so that it can be filled with mincemeat or other ingredients. When lowering the lever the clamping chuck will push down in order to form the burger. A simple removal of the patty can be achieved by simply lifting the lever again. At the same time your meat will stay nice and juicy.
All components of the commercial burger maker RCHM-130 are easy to reach and can therefore be cleaned efficiently using conventional detergents and little effort. This devices small size makes it very space-saving and thanks to the anti-skidding rubber feet it can be used on all countertops.
