Electric Sausage Cutter

We bought the currywurst cutter because it is always annoying to cut everything by hand. Now that we have our new currywurst cutter and have tested it straight away and are very happy with it, I can only recommend it. Cleaning it takes a bit of getting used to at first but once you have done it 2 or 3 times, it goes by itself. Great thing.

Seen it, ordered it and tried it! First of all, the tailor looks very valuable. Then the curry bratwurst came into play after adjusting the cutting width, put the sausage in the nozzle, press the button briefly... And that's it for the sausage. The result was more than satisfactory... the sliced sausage was collected in a bowl (of course not included). All that's left to do is put the right sauce over it, get a pieker and "Voila", now we just have to wait for the long-term test (cutting knife)... Price/performance fits... So you get full points!!

Effective machine is a plus, the only negative about the machine it needs to be stripped down for cleaning, great if your handy with a screwdriver.

We used the cutter for the first time today. No matter how you set the slice thickness, the slices are always the same thickness. The cutter is too fast and the sausage doesn't have time to slide down. You have to press the button very quickly to give the sausage time to fall to the set angle. It is very difficult to use different sausages. Large pieces of sausage remain in the machine and they fall out at some point. If you cut a pork sausage and then a veal sausage, for example, it will be contaminated with large pieces of pork sausage. Would I buy it again? No.
