Complement your snack bar with the electric sausage cutter RCSC-35E from Royal Catering, the perfect little helper for preparing the perfect currywurst or sliced sausage for stews or goulash. The electric sausage cutter has been specially designed for professional gastronomy and is mainly used in snack bars, bars or restaurants.
You can prepare many different kinds of sausages with a diameter of up to 4.7 cm in the long filling tube. The thickness of the slices can be easily determined and adjusted to your needs. They can be as thin as 5 mm or as thick as 35 mm. Perfectly formed slices fall down. There is enough space for placing a small plate or container to catch them.
Easy and fast – The engine is powered by 105 watts. You will be able to process a large quantity of sausages in a quick, easy and inexpensive way. You only need to push the button and the sausage vanishes into the filling tube. The sharp stainless steel double-sickle blade slices the sausages into even pieces. When you let go off the button, the machine turns off by itself.
The device has an overheat protection. Special ventilation holes make for an additional ventilation and cooling so that the engine inside the casing does not overheat. If the temperature is too high, the device turns off automatically. After continuous use for 30 minutes, you should take a short break. The device only works when the protective cover is put into place.
The electric sausage cutter is made from robust, non-corrosive stainless steel. The high-quality material is very durable and easy to clean. We bought the currywurst cutter because it is always annoying to cut everything by hand. Now that we have our new currywurst cutter and have tested it straight away and are very happy with it, I can only recommend it. Cleaning it takes a bit of getting used to at first but once you have done it 2 or 3 times, it goes by itself. Great thing.

Seen it, ordered it and tried it! First of all, the tailor looks very valuable. Then the curry bratwurst came into play after adjusting the cutting width, put the sausage in the nozzle, press the button briefly... And that's it for the sausage. The result was more than satisfactory... the sliced sausage was collected in a bowl (of course not included). All that's left to do is put the right sauce over it, get a pieker and "Voila", now we just have to wait for the long-term test (cutting knife)... Price/performance fits... So you get full points!!
