Your mobile chafing dish for keeping soups, stews, etc. hot
Thanks to its classic design and its size, this buffet warmer is a real eye-catcher and will pique your guests' curiosity about its aromatic contents. Thanks to a capacity of 9 l, you can serve many guests at the same time with this food warmer at large events. The easily removable GN 1/1 Heat container makes it easy for you to fill with freshly cooked soup, gravy, chilli con carne or vegetable stew directly on the cooker.
The buffet dish is made of durable and scratch-proof stainless steel and meets the high hygienic requirements of the catering industry. It also has practical side handles that make it easy for you to transport. The lid can be easily removed to take out and portion the food.
The food warmer is easy to handle and flexible in use, as you do not need a power connection. The fuel containers are easily accessible: you simply fill them with fuel paste from the catering supplies. The fire containers have a lid for easy extinguishing of the flame and are designed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed when using the chafing dish. Install the fuel paste centrally and safely under the bottom of the 505 x 303 x 100 mm water container. The punctual and efficient heating of the thin-walled container guarantees optimum heat distribution, keeping your dishes warm, aromatic and ready to serve even over several hours. The water also serves as an ideal buffer to prevent the food inside the pan from burning or overcooking. A further advantage of the water bath is that the hot water still keeps the food warm for some time even after the flame of the fuel been extinguished.
The entire apparatus can be easily dismantled after use for cleaning and storage.
Clean the container with warm water and washing-up liquid. Wipe the remaining parts with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Refrain from using pot cleaners or other abrasive materials.
