Increase the productivity of your takeaway, café, or restaurant when it comes to milkshakes, bubble tea, iced coffee, or smoothies! With the automatic sealing machine, you quickly and securely seal drinks in plastic cups with standard diameters of 95/90 mm or 95/75 mm. The machine seals the cups with a foil (not included), which is placed over the sealing mould using spools and fed through the device. All components of the machine are precisely coordinated and enable a smooth sealing process for up to 500 cups/hour.

The high productivity goes hand in hand with the ease of use of the sealing machine. On the intuitive control panel, you can regulate the temperature from 0 - 240 °C to fuse cups and foil made of PP, PE, or PET. Set the shelf for the filled plastic cups to a height of up to 180 mm to ensure stability. Insert the cup with the holder into the machine, which presses the foil onto the cup rim, sealing it securely. The drink is then ready to go!

The housing, the shelf, and the spool rollers are constructed from tough and sturdy carbon steel. This makes them hard-wearing and suitable for everyday use. The cup sealing machine features non-slip rubber feet, ensuring it remains secure at all times.
