The precise tool grinder with expansive accessories
Adjust the head of the tool grinding machine in 24 basic positions to align milling cutters or drills for grinding. There are also numerous holders and five collets available for different tools. These fixtures allow you to securely and precisely attach the tool to the grinding wheel, accommodating different tool geometries. The grinding disc has a diameter of 100 mm and is ideal for grinding tools made of HSS or carbide. Depending on the drill, milling cutter, engraving chisel, or electrode, you can adjust the angles horizontally between 0 and 180°, vertically between 0 and 45°, and negatively between 0 and 25°. The machine is also suitable for sharpening twist drills with a diameter of 3 to 8 mm.
It's very easy to use, and you can switch between the individual attachments quickly and easily. Due to the variety of adjustment options, you can grind various drills, milling cutters, or chisels with just one device, reducing the number of additional grinding machines.
