Sanding Belts’ Set - 25-Parts

The sanding belts’ set MSW-GRIN-Set4 is a practical sanding belts’ set with five different grits. It is the perfect complement to your MSW tube belt sander. Every sanding belt is suitable for professional metalworks, especially for professional sanding, grinding and polishing tubes and round bodies made of metal, like stainless steel, aluminium, copper and alloys.

Thanks to the 80 grit, the fiver bundle of zirconium sanding belts can be used for working on very rough imperfections that require powerful sanding and removal of surfaces. The zirconium sanding balls are characterized by their robustness and great durability. The sanding belts have a high abrasion power for when a lot of substance needs to be removed. For subsequent polishing, you should select sanding belts with finer grit.

The sanding belts with 120 grit are made of aluminium oxide. The abrasive material has a sturdy cotton base. The 120 grit is particularly suitable for sanding and removing imperfections.

The five medium-grained nylon sanding belts can be used for working on light burrs or other surface damage and always achieve glossy, smooth surfaces. These sanding belts ensure even finer results than rough belts. You can use these sanding belts to professionally remove scratches, paint noses, oxidation surfaces and welds.

Five of the sanding belts have a pyramidal structure and are made of aluminium oxide, one of the most widely used abrasives. They have a 400 grit, which allows for a smooth and gentle processing of surfaces with deep or flat profiles. They are abrasion-resistant, robust and therefore very productive. The three-dimensional pyramidal structure of the sanding balls on the abrasive belts significantly increases the sanding and achieves a more uniform and fine or smooth result.

The five fleece sanding belts from MSW are ideal for professional polishing and high-gloss polishing of stainless steel surfaces, brass, copper and other precious metals. With a suitable polishing paste you can efficiently remove scratches. In addition, you can produce mirror-finish effects on handrails or stainless steel tubes with special polishing pastes.

All belts are suitable for round bodies and tubes with a diameter of up to 180 mm. The straps are flexible, have a high tear resistance and can be exchanged quickly and easily. The sanding belts are each 760 mm long and 40 mm wide.

The practical set is not only suitable for devices from MSW, but can also be used for matching Metabo and Flex sanders or other commercially available power tools, provided they have the same dimensions.
