OK. But the screws to secure the lever arm were too short.

Conveniently small. Easy to attach to the edge of a table or a file bench. On which kind of sheet metal scissors work well for relatively straight cuts. I don't like to cut more than a millimeter, even though 1.5 is promised to go.
Roller cannot be perfectly arithmetic.
