I ordered this machine for filling small quantities (10g) of thick mass. This filling machine was completely overwhelmed by this task. This machine is suitable for liquids in which the air pockets can escape on their own. If the air bubbles remain in the mass, the outflow does not stop after the stop. Since my final products couldn't be cleaned, I had to throw them away. Furthermore, the machine is not suitable for very light (white) fillings, as these will be contaminated with dark smear residue. I can't say whether this will resolve itself after a certain amount of time. Cleaning the machine was also very time-consuming and there is a lot of filling left in the machine that you don't have to pump out - you have to clean it out. On my model, the die cuts were not clean, so I had to remove some of the die cutting from both the steel and plastic before I could use this machine. However, Expondo's support is excellent. All of my criticisms were addressed and discussed with the supplier, who immediately looked for solutions. The machine was taken back without any problems and the employees personally apologized to me.
