The hot air gun HPF 2000 by MSW is meant for a professional or DIY usage It can be used for deforming and welding plastic materials, for removing adhesive foil or for removing lacquer from a wooden surface. It can also be used for packaging with shrinking foil, sealing of wires with heat-shrinking tubes or defrosting frozen pipes.
The hot air gun is powered by up to 2000 watts and has two different airflow stages, adapting itself to different kinds of work. The first stage has a temperature of 350°C and an airflow of 300l/min. At this stage you can easily shrink PVC or bend plastic materials. The second stage has a temperature of 550°C and an airflow of 500l/min. This stage is used for renovating window frames or solder plastic pipes.
The hot air gun has an extensive range of accessories which allow for a versatile usage of the device. Two glass protection nozzles prevent an over-heating of glass panes while removing paint or lacquer from window frames. Larger paint surfaces can be evenly removed with the fishtail nozzle. The reduction nozzle enables you to precisely weld plastic materials, de-solder electrical components from circuit boards or heat up metal.
For removing the heated materials, there is a set of spatulas and three scrapers that can easily deal with a variety of surfaces. The blades of the scrapers can be easily exchanged. Their flat, oval and convex shapes enable you to remove paint, lacquer or foil from hard-to-reach spots.
The hot air gun has a straight handle that ensures a comfortable grip. A support prop allows you to cool the device down in a heightened position, without touching any surface. The power cable has a length of 2 meters and allows you to move around while operating the device. The hot air gun is delivered with a case which also holds the extensive accessories and can be used for transportation.
