The fender roller is very easy to use The mounting hub is fastened to the wheel suspension using bolts and the prepunched holes. Depending on the model of the vehicle, there are 4 to 5 openings available which give a margin of 90 to 120 millimetres for flexible mounting. The connection is highly stable.
Next, the pivot arm is brought into position. In order to apply even pressure to the fender from the inside, the arm can be adjusted to a length of between 52 and 66 centimetres using a knob and then pressed against the fender using a lever. At the end of the pivot arm, the pressure is transferred to the fender via a roller. The arm itself can be moved 180° for reforming the fender.
The arch roller's versatile adjustment options allow you to widen the fender bit by bit to fit the measurements of new wheels. This method is especially gentle on paint if, before beginning, you heat the fender with a heat gun, which you can also find at expondo.
