The cordless pipe sander MSW-POL400AKKL-SET is specially designed for the metalworking industry. The handy sander can be used for grinding and polishing the surfaces of curved workpieces. The cordless pipe sander is best for surface finishing, for example of handrails or other tubes and pipes with a diameter of up to 180 millimetres. The battery drive ensures maximum manoeuvrability in your production hall, on assembly or in the workshop. When there's lots to do, you can run down even the most powerful battery well before the work is finished. That's why this pipe sander comes with two batteries MSW-4AKK, so you can finish the work at full power.

The pipe sander has a 400-watt engine and a rotation speed of up to 3,000 rpm. It is ideally suited for performing high-quality, professional metalworking efficiently. For working on sensitive materials, the speed can be reduced to about 1,200 revolutions. This enables belt speeds between 3.7 and 9.2 metres per second. In this speed range both polishing and grinding work can be carried out with rapid progress.

The seamless speed regulation ensures high-quality results. It is divided into six zones and allows an exact pre-setting of the required parameters. You can work on curved metal workpieces and even on stainless steel surfaces. The cordless pipe sander works especially well on difficult-to-reach pipes and tubes thanks to its compact design.

The cordless pipe sander is powered by an 18-volt lithium ion battery. Its capacity of 4 ampere hours is suited for professionally use. Cordless operation and the compact design allow for plenty of freedom of movement and allow operation in confined spaces. Thanks to the supplied quick charger, the cordless pipe sander can be used again after a short time.

The pipe sander does not balk at pipes with large diameters. It can handle pipes with a diameter of up to 180 millimetres. It is possible to work with sanding belts that are up to 40 millimetres wide and 760 millimetres long. The belts are easy and safe to replace.

Protecting users from accidents is just as important. To increase safety and to prevent contact with the sanding belt, the top of the device is equipped with a special protective cover.
