The first task is to heat the oil to 190°C. The difference is striking because the induction deep fryer reaches this temperature in 8 minutes and 34 seconds, while its competitor takes 12 minutes and 3 seconds. The next test is frying French fries for 2 minutes. After this time, the fries from the induction fryer are already appetizingly golden, while those from the conventional electric fryer are still pale. “They need about 30-40 seconds more. The induction fryer saves time and energy, making it more efficient,” explains Michał Orłowski.

Induction or Conventional Deep Fryer – Summary
So, is it not worth buying conventional models? It turns out the matter is not so simple. If you’re on a limited budget, you can confidently purchase a traditional deep fryer. The food will be just as tasty, but the preparation will take a bit longer. The choice also depends on how busy your venue is and the number of fried dishes on the menu. “You must first and foremost verify your priorities,” says Michał Orłowski.
