The hot wire cutter Easycutter by Pro Bauteam meets all the high demands placed on a cutting device for insulation and insulation material during insulation, renovation or building refurbishment. The lasered scale and the 100 cm-long ball bearing guide rail ensures high-precision work.

Working with the hot wire cutter is incredibly simple: Just press the button on the cutting bow and the foam cutter will be ready for operation within 1 to 2 seconds—even for continuous use. When cutting, the hot wire glides effortlessly through the insulation material, enabling you to make straight, smooth and clean cuts without frustration.

Cutting with millimetre precision is possible with the styrofoam cutter thanks to the ability to fine-tune the cutting length, depth and angle. The foam cutting tool's depth stop guarantees that the material sits level and secure even when cutting at a slant. The hot wire styrofoam cutter is equipped with pre-assembled stops which help you to quickly and precisely repeat the same cuts again and again.

The maximum cutting length for the material is 1,350 mm, the cutting depth 320 mm. This allows you to process all standard panel sizes. Thanks to the included scaffold bracket, which can be rotated 90 degrees, the polystyrene cutter can not only be used in the workshop, on the floor on Euro pallets or leaned against a wall, but also safely on scaffolding. Thanks to the stand included in the set, the hot cutter can also be used free-standing.

The waterproof transformer (protection class IP68) and the splash-proof electrical connections between bracket and transformer with industry standard XLR ensure reliable protection against rain and moisture. The Easycutter styrofoam cutter is very easy to transport and use even in narrow spaces, thanks to its sleek design, and comes with five styrogrips. Delivery also includes a practical rasp.
