Cross conveyor for little money
The table can only transport straight logs. If the logs are slightly out of round, they will get stuck on the drive shaft. This rod broke on me. The manufacturer was only ready to make improvements after three weeks of email traffic. But he didn't want to send a new rod (material value 10 euros) but instead wanted to have the old one picked up so that it could be repaired. Small logs fall between the cross conveyor and the drive roller and must be pulled in by hand. Theoretically it can be more than 160cm wide, unfortunately with larger dimensions the trunks fall down in the middle. The rear roller is fixed at the end and you need another guide roller for the middle (not included).

The massive frame takes loads up to 2000 kg and transports the logs safely to the next work step, for example a roller conveyor or automatic saw pallet machine. The log feeder is the ideal addition to the following log splitters from our shop:
Flexible chain conveyor for all types of automatic saw pallet machines
For efficient log loading, place the chain conveyor in front of the forklift. Adjust the log feeder to the desired height between 1320-1520 mm. You also set the width flexibly between 2097 - 2697 mm. Then load the unit with several logs. The 2 hydraulically driven chains move the wood slowly and safely forward.
Thanks to its simple function, you can easily add the log feeder to your processing chain. Thanks to the machine's high intake capacity, you can process large quantities of wood in a short time and thus speed up your work processes.
The conveyor for logs has a high-quality finish. The solid frame is made of steel and impresses with its high durability.
