Product Description
Soaker hose for even garden irrigation
This hose leaks, and that's a good thing: In this way, the soaker hose can distribute the water evenly between your garden beds. Standard sprinklers, which water from above, are not advisable for many vegetables such as tomatoes or pumpkins which have leaves that are sensitive to moisture. The drip irrigation system distributes the water directly to the soil along the entire length of the hose so that it can get directly to the roots without damaging the leaves.
The drip irrigation hose enhances your garden supplies
The garden soaker hose is 50 m long. The connectors allow you to customise the perforated hose to fit your bed or garden. The system comes with both T- and corner joints. Simply cut the hose at the point where you want it to change direction and create a joint by attaching the connectors. Depending on the number of connectors and additional weeper hoses, you can expand your irrigation system as you wish. The porous hose also comes with two 1/2" hose pieces for connection to the water tap.
The porous hose can be powered with maximum 4 bar of water pressure, which can achieve a flow rate in the hose of up to 240 L/h. For optimal irrigation, the pressure should be reduced as much as necessary. The rubber and polyethylene material is highly robust and flexible. This allows you to easily and stably align it on the ground, even with increased water pressure. The hose is especially well suited for use in a greenhouse, where space for irrigation is limited and a solution has to be found in a confined space. A pair of size L gardening gloves are included in the delivery in order to enable you to lay the hose without mess.

Very good for a hose length of up to 50 meters. It is then advisable to connect another hose to a different water connection, as the pressure decreases over length
