The position of the seat, the barbell rack and the arm rest can all be adjusted with just a few motions. The height of the arm rest can be adjusted between 810 and 960 mm. The height of the barbell rack can be positioned between 150 and 720 mm. You can also adjust the seat height from 450 to 550 mm.

The seat and armrest of the preacher curl bench are comfortably upholstered and covered with PVC leather, a material known for its longevity and easy cleaning. The frame of the bench is made of sturdy steel. The preacher curl bench's maximum user weight is 120 kg and the barbell rack can hold up to 100 kg, for a total maximum load of up to 220 kg. The rubberised, non-slip feet ensure stability and protect the floor from scratches.
