Metal Filing Cabinet- 72 cm - 2 drawers

Assembling the cabinet was really laborious due to poor quality instructions. When the cabinet was assembled, the standard hanging folders with 33 cm spacing did not fit in it. I complained about it and inquired how the hanging folders were supposed to be placed in the cabinet when the hanging rails are 6 cm wider. I got a rather surprising answer: "the product description says that the hanging folders fit in the cabinet, but they don't necessarily hang. You can return the product and get your money back???" The only problem now is that the cabinet was delivered to my 88-year-old father in a service home, which paid an installer to assemble it (when it didn't appear at the time of purchase that it was actually a construction kit). So returning the cabinet is almost impossible and I would like to know what size hanging folders that cabinet is intended for and where you can get such hanging folders? Or were there any parts missing from the delivery that allow it to work for 33 cm hanging folders?

Good chest of drawers but difficult to assemble with minimalist instructions. Once assembled, however, it does its job.

Although it came first with a closure failure and then dented, there were no problems with the return.

Hardly ever bought such a miserable product - lousy instructions and in the end the drawers don't run properly - I can only advise against this rubbish
